1st person: The people here have been really nice, but they all seem a bit out there, a bit damaged.
2nd: New Orleans is really a city of misfit toys, that's why. It's what makes it awesome. Everyone is damaged but it doesn't get in our way.
Me, interjecting: Broken toys are the most beautiful! Maybe loved the most, maybe used the most, but always the most interesting.
